I hope that more people show for fight night!!!!I really like the fact that I'm geting better than I was.I learned that keeping your hands up really makes a difference if your a good fighter or a bad one.But keep your spirts up,you can always make it better!!!!!

lets do it. What a great way to end class. Leave it on the mat and get boxed around a bit. I'm for it ... anyone else.... hey Chad this is a challenge (just kidding... but not really I have to work on tues.)

I agree with adam, some fighting to end class would be fun and helpfull. Get in the lines, find a partner, spar for 30 seconds, bow, rotate.

I think that the adults should have at least one fight night a week. The youth 1 and 2 kids get to fight a lot and I think the adults should too. As adults it our responsibility to fight more often to build up our strength and to test our ability to fight, and to condition our bodies in a kumite.

Lately we have been hearing this new phrase during fighting, "Keep them busy", great stratergy, give your opponet no time to think, if they have a plan interrupt it, don't give them time to to breathe and recover.
